"The printer itself works okay, so I don’t..."
The printer itself works okay, so I don’t really have complaints about the printing. But for my setup, it’s just a lot bigger than I thought it would be based on the photos on epson’s site. It doesn’t fit great on my desk and kind of sticks out in an awkward way. If you have plenty of space, it might not be a big deal, but I wish the size had been more obvious before I bought it

"I wasn’t totally sure this Epson…"
I wasn’t totally sure this Epson would be much better than my old printer, but so far it’s handled thick paper and envelopes really well. Maybe I just got lucky, but I haven’t had any jams yet, which is a huge improvement. Happy with it overall.

"Reliable printer, but the WiFi can be annoying"
I’ve been using this Epson printer a few times a week, and overall it’s been reliable. It doesn’t give me much trouble, and the ink seems to last a decent amount of time. Setup was okay, though not exactly smooth, and some parts of it felt a little unnecessary. I’m taking off one star because the WiFi connection can be annoying every now and then, but otherwise it’s been a solid printer.

"Took Some Time, But It Got Fixed"
It did take a while to get my printer issue sorted out, but i’d rather have them take the time to actually fix it than rush through and leave me with the same problem. In the end, they got it working again, so I’m satisfied.

"Pretty easy setup, just one WiFi hiccup"
I got my epson printer connected to WiFi without too much hassle. I think I set it up last weekend, or maybe it was the weekend before, but either way the app found it quickly and I was printing from my phone and laptop within a few minutes. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it dropped the connection once after I moved it to another room. I had to restart both the printer and the router, and then it worked fine again. Not perfect, but overall it’s been decent.

"Good deal. Easy setup."
Bought it from Epson. Price was better than I expected. Shipping was fine too. Setup was easy. No big hassle. Just got it going and it worked. For the money, I’m happy. Does what I need. Doesn’t feel cheap. And I didn’t have to pay extra for stuff I won’t use. Yeah. I’d buy it again.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The site was loading really slowly for me, and my cart actually changed twice while I was trying to check out, which was annoying. I did contact support and they basically said something like, “Sorry, it may be a temporary issue, try refreshing and checking your cart again.” The order did eventually go through, but the whole checkout process felt more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Set up way faster than I expected"
Got my Epson printer up and running in about 15 minutes, which surprised me. The steps were clear enough, and the Wi-Fi connected on the first try. I was just sitting there like, wait, that’s it? No headache at all, which was a nice change. Suddenly I felt like a tech genius.

"Surprisingly efficient little printer"
I bought this from epson.com and have been using it for a few weeks now. i’ve been pleasantly surprised by how little power it seems to use, even on days when I’m printing quite a bit at home. My old printer would get warm and stay on forever, but this one is much quieter and goes to sleep quickly. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I’ve noticed I’m going through a bit less ink now, which is nice. Makes me wonder why it felt like I was burning through cartridges so fast before, but at least this seems to be helping

I got the tracking info quickly , and the printer actually arrived earlier than the estimated date they gave me . The box looked good too , with no dents or damage . I had no trouble getting it to work on my Windows 11 setup, so if you’re using that, you should be good to go. Just a quick heads-up for anyone on an older Mac like mine, I did have to download an extra driver before it worked properly. It wasn’t a big deal and was still easy overall, but it’s something worth knowing before you set it up

I mostly use my Epson for copying forms, school papers, and random receipts, and it’s been really dependable so far. The copies come out clean, and the text is easy to read even when the original is a little faded or beat up.
It’s not the quickest printer I’ve used, and I’ve had other brands that were a bit faster, but this one is more consistent and less fussy overall. For everyday home use, I’m happy with it

"Refilling My Epson Ink Was Surprisingly Easy"
I refilled my Epson ink today, i was expecting it to be way more of a hassle. In my head I was like, okay, this is probably going to get messy or I’m going to mess something up. But nope, it was actually simple. The instructions were clear, I didn’t really make a mess, and the printer worked right away after. So yeah, pleasantly surprised and definitely happy with it.

I’ve been using it for a bit and the scans come out really clean. They’re fast too, which I appreciate because I always mean to scan one thing and then somehow remember three other papers sitting on my desk. No weird issues so far, so I’m happy with it.
